Cheap Car Rentals in Northside, Jacksonville

Was not well run. Extremely disorganized and slow to check in and check out. When I returned on October 7, waiting room was full of people waiting to pick up cars but there were no cars. The woman at the desk only acknowledged me when I told another customer I was there to return my car. I had my rental car keys clearly in my hand but she had not acknowledged my presence, even though I had been standing near the desk for about 10 minutes. You would think she would have recognized that. She was not helping any other customers. I heard them tell others that they were oversold and even though some of these customers pre-booked days in advance, there were no cars available. Just a very not well run place. Will never use again.

They had no car for my reservation. Supremely unapologetic and unhelpful.

Service was exceptional!

I was not able to get a car despite my reservation. Their office was closed when I got to the airport. Instead of telling me that when I called, I was promised that a shuttle was “on its way” to get me. There was no shuttle. I waited over an hour before finally renting from another company. Don’t use Fox!
